Dan’s professionalism is obvious from setting up the appointment till weeks after when you’re using his report to fix stuff and calling the repair specialists he suggested. He puts great detail into his inspection and informing his clients about what’s right and wrong with their property, regardless of the properties age. He will save you thousands of dollars and save you from a big headache with your home. My home was 60+ years old with a bad roof and sewers. Dan helped me prioritize my fix it list right. His sewer scope work alone is 10 stars. If you’re buying a new or old home call Dan! **Bonnie Love** Google review · July 2026 ★★★★★ Dan was great! Very thorough and informative on the inspection. Buying a home many states away and not being able to be in person for the inspection is not ideal. However the entire process from signing the contract, paying for the services and getting full update via conference call and the final report was seamless. I even got a list of contractors that they recommend for the work, which is extremely helpful being 2000+ miles away. **Lori Stiverson** Google review · June 2026 ★★★★★ Dan is an inspector with incredible integrity and attention to detail. Reliable, excellent price for the value of his service and someone I won’t hesitate to call again. He is also a Certified Master Inspector which gave me great peace of mind knowing he has seen a lot to be able to bring a lot of experience to the inspection process. Great guy, really easy to work with. **Jennifer Worthy** Google review · June 2026 ★★★★★ My wife and I were first-time buyers and Dan made the inspection process much less stressful than we expected. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to actually explain what he was finding and why it mattered, not just check boxes. He covered everything: full home inspection, termite, pool, sewer scope, and irrigation. The thermal imaging camera caught insulation gaps and flagged an electrical hotspot that wouldn’t have been visible otherwise. His sewer camera also caught a belly in the line and buildup that we wouldn’t have found until it became a much bigger problem down the road. Highly recommend Dan and Property Inspections Plus. **Malay S.** Google review · June 2026 ★★★★★ Dan was able to facilitate a zoom call for us to review the inspection report. I hired him for a home inspection, and he exceeded all expectations. He was incredibly thorough and professional, and it was clear that he really knows his stuff. Walked me through the entire inspection and findings so thoroughly, patiently, and willing to explain things as many times as needed for them to make sense. Absolutely transparent, helpful and clear! **Luis Licon** Google review · August 2025 ★★★★★ I found Dan through YouTube, where he posts examples of inspections. It helped out a ton when I was going to showings to weed out properties with major issues. I was a first-time homebuyer who didn’t know a truss from a tractor. He never made me feel silly for asking obvious questions, and his communication with me and the rest of my team made everything 10x easier. I would recommend Dan to my own mother if she were purchasing a home. **Rodney Camper** Google review · July 2025 ★★★★★ I have purchased many homes in AZ and CA and not once have I had the pleasure of dealing with such a knowledgeable and responsive individual as Dan. He is prompt, thorough and will answer all your questions. I highly recommend him to all individuals and realtors. **Farid Farbod** Client review ## Ready to see why clients rate us 5 stars?
