Our comprehensive residential home inspection covers all essential areas of your property to give you a thorough understanding of its condition. We inspect the structural systems, including the foundation, roof, attic, and exterior walls, as well as the interior systems such as walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and insulation. Plumbing is carefully reviewed for functionality and potential issues in pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage.
We also examine electrical systems, checking wiring, outlets, panels, and safety features, along with HVAC systems to assess heating, cooling, and ventilation efficiency and safety. Basic inspections of permanently installed appliances are included as well. For additional insight, we offer optional services like pool and spa inspections, termite inspections, thermal imaging, and moisture detection.
