I’m Dan Pierce, owner of Property Inspections Plus and a Certified Master Inspector licensed in Arizona. My background is in construction and home building, so I know how a house goes together and where it tends to fail.
Since 2018, I’ve inspected thousands of homes across Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa and Tempe, and I know what the desert does to a house, from sun-baked roofing to termites. My goal is simple: give you a clear, detailed picture of the property so you can make a confident decision.
