Arizona things out-of-state buyers don't expect

Termites. Termites are a big deal in Arizona. A termite (WDO) inspection is included at no extra charge with every home inspection, plus a 1-year termite warranty through Firehouse Pest Control in Gilbert. Learn how to spot termites in an Arizona home.
