Written recaps of real Arizona home inspections, each with the full video from the @homeinspectordan YouTube channel.
A 1971 home a family is taking over and remodeling: a Federal Pacific panel a rat nested in, two roofs stacked on each other, cut support beams, galvanized pipe and no central air.
A 1924 Victorian in Prescott, split into three rental units. Settlement on a pier-and-block foundation, a bowing wall, a roof leak above a window and no sewer cleanouts.
A well-kept 2007 custom home on a big Phoenix lot with a septic system. It’s almost all original, and at 19 years old, a lot of those original parts are wearing out.
Based on a full home transformation walkthrough of a 1961 block home with a later wood-framed addition in southern Arizona.
